Это шум, который распространяется от нефтеперекачивающего оборудования и постоянно действует на работника. Установлено, что наданном производстве эквивалентный уровень звука равен 86 дБА при норме не более 80 дБА. Рабочие подвергаются воздействию шума в течение 8 часов в смену с двумя технологическими перерывами по 15 минут в первой и второй половине рабочего дня. Задача по снижению шумового воздействия может быть решена с помощью размещения на потолке в рабочем помещении штучныхзвукопоглотителей. Таким образом, целью исследования является расчет их необходимого количества. В результате выполненной научной работы удалось установить, что монтаж 60 устройств позволят снизить до допустимого уровень звука, а, следовательно, и класс условий труда. Кроме того, снизится утомляемость работников, улучшитсясостояние их здоровья, повысится производительность. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study of the workplace of instrumentation technician in LLC "Oil-Telecom" allowed us to identify the main harmful production factor. This is noise, that spreads from the oil pumping equipment and constantly acts on the worker. Itis established, that in this production the equivalent sound level is 86 dBA, when the normal level is not more than 80 dBA. Workers are exposed to noise for 8 hours per shift with twotechnological breaks of 15 minutes in the first and second halves of the working day. The problem of noise reduction can be solved by placing single sound absorbers on the ceiling in theworking room. Thus, the aim of the study is to calculate their required number. As a result of the performed scientific work, it was found that the installation of 60 devices will reduce thesound level to an acceptable level, and, consequently, the class of working conditions.
