Установлено, что основной причиной обрыва проволок являлся дефект в виде волнистости, возникающий вследствие неравномерного распределения растягивающей нагрузки между прядями каната. Наличие коррозии на дефектном участке свидетельствует о механизме неправильного взаимодействии прядей каната в зоне волнистости, выдавливании внутренней корсажной лентыи сердечника на протяжении счалки. Проведенная экспертиза позволила выявить, что повреждение пряди несуще-тягового каната является следствием неправильной эксплуатации канатной дороги в части не проведения ревизии несуще-тягового каната, невыполнении периодического нанесения специальных смазочных материалов на канат в целом и на место счалки. Ремонт вышеназванного несуще-тягового каната может быть осуществлен путем замены дефектной пряди, либо путем замены дефектного участка квалифицированнымиспециалистами по технологии завода-изготовителя.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the examination results in order to establish technical reasons for wire breaks of the carrier-traction rope on the passenger cableway. It was established that the main causes of breakage of wires were: a defect in the form of undulations, arising from the unequal distribution of tensile load be-tween the rope strands. Corrosion on the defective area indicates on the improper interaction between the strand ropes in undulation area, and the squeezingof the inner ribbon and the core all over the splice. The carried out examination has identified that the dam-age of carrier-traction rope strands is a con-sequence of improper use of cable cars, with regard to the failure to conduct carrier-traction rope audit, and notperforming the periodic application ofspecial lubricants on the whole rope and on the splice.
