Предлагаемое авторами техническое решение для противоударной защиты крупных суставов, в состав которого входитбандаж в виде спиралей из упругопластического материала, с эффектом памяти формы, позволяет достаточно эффективно предотвращать травмы подлежащих тканей и может быть предложено к применению в сфере охраны труда для снижения предотвратимых потерь и травматизма при толчках и ударах. В предложенном инновационном противоударном приспособлении применяется эквиатомный титано-никелевый сплав, обладающий оптимальной температурой фазовых переходов, которые необходимы для восстановления формы. Опытной моделью явилось техническое решение противоударного приспособления, в составе которого помимо бандажа предложены электрические контакты на концах спиралей. Данная технология позволяет при внешнемвоздействии (толчках, ударах) пластически деформироваться с поглощением энергии удара, а затем восстанавливать исходную форму, в том числе за счет нагрева электрическим током.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An important direction in the development of the shockproof devices for occupations connected with an increased risk of injury is the reduction of their overall size with maintaining their energy absorption ability. The authors offer a technical solution to shockproof protection of large joints, whichconsists of a band made of coils of anelastic-plastic material with shape memory effect that can effectively protect people from injury and can be used in the field of occupational safety to reduce injuries from shocks or jolts. In the proposed shockproof device the authors used equiatomic NickelTitanium alloy which has acceptable temperature phase transitions which are necessary to restore shape. As an experimental model the authors adopted the technical solution of the shockproof device,in which in addition to the band the authors used electric contacts at the spiral ends.
