COMPLEX SAFETY ANALYSIS OF OPTIMIZATION MEASURES OF ECOLOGICAL INDICES OF ROSTOV-ON-DON ROAD TRANSPORT NETWORK

Abstract
The article provides the analysis of the main factors of negative impact of road transport network on the city's ecosystem. The authors propose a plan of actions to reduce traffic flow pollutant emissions, which consists in the optimization of the environmental performance of passenger transport park of Rostov-on-Don, and the assessment of its environmental and economic efficiency.
